The account with username and password has been provided to you before. If you do not have or lost it, please email us at support@dikauri.com with your details.
To change the password, you can do either:
- Visit https://app.dikauri.com
- Click “Forgot password ” and check your registered email for the confirmation email.
- Click on the link in the confirmation email to change the password
If you can login to the Management Portal, you can do this way:
- Visit https://app.dikauri.com
- Login
- Click on your avatar icon
- Select “Change password”
- Visit https://app.dikauri.com
- Login
- Click on the Avatar on the top left or top right corner
- Select “My Profile”
When you forget your account, please visit https://app.dikauri.com and click “Forgot your password?” option.
After that, fill in your registered email, we will then send you a recovery email to renew your password.
You can try to recover the new password by clicking at “Forgot your password?” or contact our staff via: support@dikauri.com
