In this case, you can try:

  • Check the battery to be sure it is not empty.
  • Check the power button to be sure it is not stuck.
  • Check the device and make sure it is not hot.
  • If everything is fine, please charge the device until the battery is full and try again.

 

Not luck? Contact us via support@dikauri.com, we will replace  a new device to you if it does not work.

On one of the device TABLER™, you will see a button next to the USB connection, that is the battery checking button.

Press this button to see how many percent of the battery is.

There is some options in the Android that can make the screen of TABLER™ suddenly goes black:

  • The power saving option.
  • The screen save

 

Please check these option to be sure they are off.

 

  • Remember to verify the battery to be sure it is not empty.

Please make sure:

  • Your WIFI works well.
  • Internet connection is good.

 

If they are good then  you can try:

  • Restart the TABLER™.
  • Restart the Management Android device.
  • Restart your modem/router. Please note this might affect all other devices that connect to Internet.
